On Wednesday, June 19th we will host NextStep Shanghai, the event where entrepreneurship is the focus.

We welcome Original Life, a Game Changing venture sprouted from Shanghai’s fervent entrepreneurship scene who has been making considerable strides in innovating China’s agriculture development. Please join us as they share their remarkable story of success and how they plan to redefine the way we grow our food with their disruptive technology.

We welcome Lucas Englehardt, founder of several Shanghai-based startups including 88 Spaces co-working office and BloggerInsight, a crowd-sourced market intelligence consultancy. An American who originally began his career in banking, Lucas transitioned to China 6 years ago.

Yuanyuan recieved his masters at the University of Maryland and has recently moved to Shanghai to partner with Zhifei to kick start Mobvoi.

On Tuesday, April 10th we will re-launch NextStep Tuesday, the event where entrepreneurship is the focus.

We welcome Calvin Chin of Transist who was named “Fast Company’s” 100 Most Creative People In Business for 2011, as our featured guest speaker.

Transist is an incubator for impact-driven tech startups in Shanghai. Calvin was previously founder of Qifang, an online student loan service and the first Chinese company recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Technology Pioneer. He was named 2009 Chinese Business Leader of the Year by Horasis and Baker & McKenzie.
